Olivier Lépine, an engineer from the Ecole Supérieure de Physique et Chimie Industrielle de la ville de Paris and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs began his career with Shell as an engineer to study and design center Technical Group in The Hague, Netherlands. He then became responsible for the investment plan and several projects in the Thai subsidiary of oil production group, based in Bangkok. He left the group in 2004 to join Alpha Biotech and studying algal biotechnology. Is now its director.
